Well after another phone call to Henry Hess for a take out restaurant in Kearney it seems there are too many hurdles to jump over
Instead of being helpful its all about the code. No ideas to add to help make something work. Anyway the town of Kearney wont be getting any investment money. Going to put the property for sale or leave it vacant like the rest.
