Tomlinson's CBO Solution

Today's Almaguin News (page 7) reports that Tomlinson has again approached the Township of Perry in an attempt to woo CBO Paul Schaeffer back. Perry says that Schaeffer is "too busy", but the reality is that he'll never come back to Kearney while Tomlinson is mayor. Apparently, very other CBO within 100 kms is also "too busy" because the Town of Kearney has had to go all the way to North Bay to find a CBO who's willing to fill in for the remainder of the Tomlinson's term.
